Could you upload the crashing document, after removing all personal/sensitive data? Or if you can reproduce the crash with any table that is large enough, then create a simple one, where deleting the table makes Writer crash for you, and attach that. I'm asking, because I could not reproduce the crash based on the description myself, didn't get a crash when deleting a multipage table (LibreOffice 5.1.4.2/Ubuntu 15.10).
