Answer quickly: which icon, when clicked, goes to the parent folder?

In several months of LO usage, it has never occurred to me to click the folder + down arrow icon, because I had never seen that in any other app, and I was looking for a sort of up arrow icon, or a path breadcrumb that lets you click on an arbitrary parent of the current directory.

This only happens in the breeze icon theme and its child themes (sifr).

how can I see this dialog? on MS and KDE I can't see it how I have to change the configure to test it?

the open dialog is not available via Tools > Options > General > Open/Save Dialogs, so I think it was removed.
