Log from a collabora/code docker container

Setup: Collabora Online (running in a docker container, updated today) in Nextcloud

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Upload a valid LibreOffice file into Nextcloud, or create a new one, with a name containing diacritics (accented letters), such as nová_tabulka.ods .

(2) Click to edit the file, a new LOOL session is started (the toolbar appears in the upper part of the page).

(3) The animated indicator "Connecting..." appears, and keeps spinning indefinitely.

(4) If the file name is changed in Nextcloud to contain only ASCII characters (such as á -> a), the document can be opened and edited without any problem.

The complete log from the docker container is attached. The key error messages seem to be:
kit-03961-04 01:10:32.776397 [ kit_queue_0018 ] Failed to load: file:///user/docs/3961/nov%C3%A1_tabulka.ods, error: Unsupported URL <file:///user/docs/3961/nov%C3%A1_tabulka.ods>: "type detection failed"
kit-03961-04 01:10:32.776412 [ kit_queue_0018 ] Failed to get LoKitDocument instance.

Thanks!

I fixed collabora/code a few weeks ago. The bug was caused by missing locales.
