Other modules for build are not so wide.
Clearing profile doesnt solve the issue.

Had doubts it was that far back, but the bibisection is reasonable. See [2]. The width increase is due to long checkbox label "Remove border from adjacent cells". I thought Caolán's patch[2] had fixed the issue in master. So, same bibisect result as for bug 99963 but issue for oversize dialog remained. Maybe something more than setting wrap of the checkbox labels was needed to control the dialog size?
