Should note that when entering the Character content panel, a TAB will advance onto the more options button, so it can be reached advancing forward (including cycling through all controls of the content panel and back to the Title). It just can not be reached moving backward with the <Shift>+<TAB>.

I confirm the issue with LibreOfficeDev 6.3. I can go to the more option button with tab after the character title but not sith shift tab or tab after the caret enter in the character pane. Best regards, Alex.

STR of comment 0 not longer occur. Reverse direction of <Shfit>+<TAB> navigation within the SB Content Panels now lands on the 'More Options' button control for each Content Panel title bar. And <Enter> launches the associated dialog.
