Hi,

There is a regression in loading bulleted and numbered lists. bibisected, see report at the end.

See the attached files, one with numbered and one with bulleted list. Bibisection of both points to he same commit. The pdf files are side-by-side rendering of good and bad versions.

Details: 
If loaded in older LO version, the list paragraphs have spacing below and about 0.02" 

If loaded in later LO version, the list paragraphs have spacing below and about 0.19"
