Can LibreOffice Writer, Impress and Draw be updated to support PCs with Stylus pens?

There is a 'pen' tool in Writer, however, the problem with it it that it smooths too hand writing too much. For instance when writing the letter 'h' it smooth is into the letter 'l'. The current 'pen' tool is fine for say shapes such as circles, but not so good for hand written notes.  

It would be nice, if there was a pen tool and to quickly select different colour pens e.g. red, blue and select yellow highlighter. 

There are a lot of PC coming out with inbuilt stylus pens e.g. Surface and also as OpenOffice is moving to Android, so Samsung have tablets with in-built Stylus such as the Samsung Note series.

(For inspiration: On Android, I do like the App - Bamboo Paper - it make handwritten notes look beautiful).

TESTING: - It should be tested on Windows touch screen and with in built pens such as (Samsung ATIV Smart PC and Surface Pro) - It should be tested on Windows PC, with an external Wacom graphics tablet.
