Hi, in Persian text when format text is bold & italic text is such as parallelogram

for example: this Persian text in libre office: نام من ایران است

Not reproducible for me with LO 5.2.3.0+ under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64

Bold and italic with Liberation Serif with that text works ok for me.

Tried with Mangal as well and it works.

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
