Steps to repoduce: 1. Open a document in lowriter, go to "Format → Page...", a window would appear 2. Open a document with a new instance of lowriter, go to "Format → Page...", a window would appear 3. Try to change anything at the window of the first opened instance, you'd reveal that it is frozen, i.e. doesn't answer to your actions. NB: the bug does not seem to belong to this page only, I seem to recall its encounter in other places as well.

Repro. I tested with LibO 3.6 and in that, you can't even switch windows, if there is a dialog open..
