In Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > Formatting Aids under Display of, we dont have an option to show/hide non-width breaks that a user can insert from the Insert > Formatting Marks > Non-width optional break and Non-width no break.

Insert non-breaking space (present in Display Formatting Options)
Insert non-breaking hyphen (not present in Display Formatting Options)
Insert soft Hyphen (present in Display Formatting Options)
Insert Narrow No-break space (not present in Display Formatting Options)
No-width Optional Break (not present in Display Formatting Options)
Word Joiner (not present in Display Formatting Options)

Can't find "Non-width no break" (mentioned in original bug report)
