Libreoffice can be installed in Windows XP SP2 system, but it requires SP3 to work. The installer should give an error or warning about this.

Using XP is necrophil, but with SP2 you may have been on the mars :-).

I can't imagine any developer willing to waste his time for someone who doesn't install SP3. This should be closed as WontFix.

Yep, we are already in the phase of no active XP fixes, so such an enhancement would feel out of place. Closing.
