The GOAL Textbox is either positioned differently or the linespacing is not the same as with PPTX2010

Confirmed.

Powerpoint has the line spacing as exactly 20pt, with 0pt paragraph spacing before and after. LO has line spacing as atleast 20pt, wiht 0pt paragraph spacing before and 6pt paragraph spacing after.

Regression as its fine in 3.6.7.

Bibisected on Linux with 43all to range https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/log/?qt=range&q=d9412fb4755377b8358a46a249cfe29a22ea9451...337ef5808dd8e55c06d00b222e69c5ba287acab5

I noticed this: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=5b75c17f207d2156e17430ef3e31b5784804b9f7

n#778859: Non autofit text are imported as autofit.
Push default values if <bodyPr> exists.

Indeed, the "good result" has Autofit text checked, if you right-click the text box while the "bad result" does not. Checking Autofit text fixes the issue in a build with the bad result.

Still happens in

Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: c9916d9be9c060d43fc063b76d70629162650fea
CPU threads: 15; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (hu_HU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

I noticed there is a bit of extra "below paragraph" spacing that is not there in PP.
