Description mal 2016-10-25 08:13:31 UTC
Setting Mouse pointer visible and Mouse pointer as pen
does not work on Linux (openSUSE) when the second screen
is a touch screen
Presenter is VGA
Presentation screen is HDMI
Intel graphics

In Windows it works as advertised however in Linux when the presentation is displayed on the second screen the cursor changes to a pen and can be moved
with the touch but it doesn't write

You can write by using the mouse - either on the presentation or the presenter console but writing on the presenter console it takes a couple of seconds for the writing to appear - on the presentation it self is instant.

On Windows holding your finger on the touch screen brings up the right click
menu - on Linux it doesn't this may or may not be related - it seems as tho
Impress in Linux doesn't see touch events when displaying a presentation

If you put Impress or any app on the touch screen you can touch to select and drop down menus etc so I'm fairly certain the touch works properly.
