Description:
It is possible to add a path to JRE in the Java Options dialog. However, if the path contains a NTFS junction, an error is displayed instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Options->Advanced
2. Click add
3. Choose a path to the JRE containing a NTFS junction


Actual Results:  
Error: "The folder you selected does not contain a Java runtime environment. Please select a different folder.

Expected Results:
The chosen jre folder is added into a list.


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Please, note that the NTFS junction links can be created by the command:
mklink /J link target
