Description: When I used vertical layout, Mongolian ellipsis looks incorrect. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Format > Page > Text direction: Left-to-right (vertical) 2. Cpoy text from https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/mvf/%E1%A0%B4%E1%A0%A2%E1%A0%A9%E1%A0%AD%E1%A0%A2%E1%A0%B0_%E1%A0%AC%E1%A0%A0%E1%A0%AD%E1%A0%A0%E1%A0%A8 Actual Results: Mongolian ellipsis is diaplsy as three dots instead of four dots in this case. Also appearing in RTL (vertical) direction. This build does not include the last Windows fixes, you need a build that has https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=d436065bc1c68fc2d90e73253d8c00503c72dfd0.

OK, it performenced much better for Mongolian ellipsis, but U+300A and U+300A has problem when I using Mongolian Baiti 5.52.

If so, please report a new bug as OpenGL issues are independent.
Oh yeah, it works without OGL.
