Example: often it is not convenient that Calc acts the same with capitalizing as Writer

This would be in line with the per-module GUI configuration we already provide--but the framework to hold and apply the configurations would have to be robust. 

Scope of the per-module customization would be just the _UI settings_ for the Exceptions, Options, Localized Options, and Word Completion tabs.  We probably should not split/replicate the replacement lists.
