Description: I'd love to be able to set the default window size of a writer document so they don't keep opening up full width and taking up my screen real estate. This is just an enhancement/idea, not a bug. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Libreoffice 2. Create new Writer document 3. Notice that every time, the document opens up in an extremely wide window every time. Actual Results: A very large window presents itself, taking up a lot of screen real-estate. Expected Results: I might expect this to happen the first time I open up a window, but then after resizing a writer document, I'd expect the software to remember the previous document window size when I go to open or create a new document. There could at least be a setting in preferences for the default window size. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/602.3.7 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/10.0.2 Safari/602.3.7
A user profile reset seems to fix it for me: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile
I'm was wrong. Resetting the user profile doesn't fix the issue.
