Do you have PNG images embedded in the document? (if so, it's indeed likely a duplicate of bug 101458) Can you attach a sample?
The size of the file is too big to be upload
I guess, if it's really a problem with png's (and reproducible), an attachment with just a few pics will do fine. Or you can wait a little while to test it with a branch which includes the patch from bug 101458.

(it would be more useful than a PDF) Would it be possible to cut down the document to a size that can be uploaded, but also exhibits the mentioned size increase?
