Roland also mentioned on IRC that even running opencl info is very slow. As a first step, could you reinstall your graphics drivers, just to make sure they're installed correctly?
First, thank you very much for making my computer much faster. After installing the updated graphics driver, Windows boots in 20 seconds instead of 200. The downside is that my graphics card is quite old and seems to be unsupported by now. After installing the Windows 7 drivers on Windows 10 (which worked flawlessly, I still wonder why), running "OpenCL info.exe" does not work anymore since it crashes before writing anything to the log file. But at least, when I disable OpenCL in LibreOffice, it starts up quickly now. So for my particular case, I'm happy enough with the workaround, but if you want to research this for other users, I'm fine with that. Though there are probably more important things to do. :)
Please attach test file. Thanks
I cannot reproduce the problem anymore since I have updated my graphics driver.
