Description:
Installation will not proceed until several programs are closed - this is understandable but why explorer.exe?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install LO 5.1.6.2
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Install

Expected Results:
Some programs using files which need to be accessed have requests to be closed.


Reproducible: Didn't try

One of the reasons may be e.g. explorer's thumbnail/preview, which uses LO shell extension.

Of the dozens of installations of lo in the past few years, this is the first and only time I have been asked to close explorer.exe
