Confirming this. In 3.6 it is all over the place, though.. VML with grouped shape. Also some problems when opening: - the syringe is a bunch of grouped shapes has wrong rotation in some parts - the callouts at the bottom are grouped shapes and their text is wrapped in Word but not in Writer

Also the big bubble loses the lncu.de hyperlink (bug 126426).
