Created attachment 129560 [details] P65 files and PDF versions I have attached an archive with p65 files as well as PDF versions for control purposes. The issues are too numerous to list here, but the comparison between the PDFs and LO's Pagemaker import should make it clear where the problems lie. Note that mot all test files are in RGB. I also used CMYK and spot colours, but libpagemaker doesn't seem to recognise these colour models.
7 files with many missing, non-free fonts. Those are too many issues for a single bug report, but I'm not keen on having 7 separate reports for the different files, either. Any suggestions what could be done about the fonts? That's the bigger problem here.
The missing fonts aren't the problem. Of course it would make sense to create a font substitution mechanism -- and accept that DTP programmes use frames for text.
I'm not saying they're the problem, but substituted fonts make comparison rather difficult.
The fonts in the PM files are already substitutions, because the WinXP system I used for the creation didn't include them. That's why the text part of the layout looks so ugly. But I've included PDF files for comparisons.
Please create one report per issue.
