Word can't open the exported doc correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Save a copy as doc
3. Open file in Word

Actual Results:  
Word 2003 can't open the file. Layout is wrong in Word Online

Expected Results:
File can be opened in Word 2003 and/or layout should be correct

Reproducible: Always

Hmm, a bug doc without any description of what specifically is wrong. I see two pictures that have moved to the top/right of the page. If the setting is changed  to "layout in cell" then they move to the correct position (which is "Keep inside text boundearies" in LO).

Probably the correct fix here is to default to setting "Layout in cell" at image insertion time.

It is worth noting that MSO has some problems with layout in cell (bug 91632).
