Date is defined with Custom Properties.
Date is shown in odt correctly on windows7 and mac os x.
Date is shown in odm file still correct (dd.mm.yy); however, wrong (mm/dd/yy) on max os x.

Attached are 4 very simple files.

@Wolfgang : please indicate

- which language version of LibreOffice you are using, i.e. which language pack you have installed;

- what your system locale (language) is and the default date setting ;

- what setting you have chosen for date string acceptance in LibreOffice (Preferences - Linguistic Settings - Languages - Acceptable date formats)

- whether you have activated the setting "Ignore System Language Settings" (to be found in the same dialog as above)

which language version of LibreOffice I was using:

on Windows:
Tools --> Options --> Language Settings --> Languages
   Locale Setting: German (Switzerland)
on Mac OS:
LibreOffice --> Preferences --> Language Settings --> Languages
   Locale Setting: Default - English (USA)

I fixed Local Setting to German (Switzerland).

Many Thanks: Problem is fixed.
