1. One new Writer document. 2. View | Zoom | 50%. 3. Insert | Page Break. Notice at the top of page blue dashed line appears indicating page break. 4. Repeat step 3. Now in current third page blue dashed line appears at the top, but (problem) line disappears from page 2. 5. Repeat step 3 again. Now dashed line only appears at top of fourth page. The dashed blue line should appear at the top of every page that has got a manual page break. Work-around to get all of the dashed lines displayed: 6. View | Zoom | 100% 7. View | Zoom | 50% Another work-around is to use zoom from bottom right place or use Ctrl+mouse wheel. After using work-around dashed page break line at the top of second, third and fourth page appears, which is correct. I think zooming in and out should not be the normal process of getting page breaks blue lines displayed. ====== Help | About ======================================== Version: 5.2.4.2 Build ID: 3d5603e1122f0f102b62521720ab13a38a4e0eb0 CPU Threads: 3; OS Version: Windows 6.1; UI Render: default; Locale: sl-SI (sl_SI); Calc: group ============================================================
Another work-around is after step 5 just switch to some other application with Alt+Tab key and switch back and blue dashed lines are correctly displayed.
Created attachment 130276 [details] page break blue dashed lines Print screen for Comment 1 before and after using Alt+Tab.
Also tested on LibreOffice 5.2.3.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 steps from Description. It looks like on Windows (and now on Ubuntu) I have also clicked on bottom-right (at the zoom ruler) the "Multi-page view" icon to display pages one next to another. So this should be like (2a) step.
