Created attachment 130961 [details] original slide Hi, Thanks for your response. I attached the original slide causing the problem. I noticed the problem of the slide with circles is fixed in higher versions of LibreOffice but the chart misalignment is still an issue.
Confirmed in Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: fc53cce64400430cdc21f79c959d75fb9a26d13d CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.8; UI Render: default; VCL: gtk2; Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group and Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: efca6f15609322f62a35619619a6d5fe5c9bd5a)
Created attachment 144065 [details] original slide MSO edited.pptx Repro in LO 6.2+. Started in 3.5, looks like implementationError, not a regression. Happens with Labeled Hierarchy but only if text is single line. If edited in MSO to have multiple lines, looks OK in LO. I'd say this is incorrect usage of Labeled Hierarchy but Lo should open it properly. Note: Original PPTX for round shapes not attached but comment 1 confirms it's fixed so no issue here.
Dear Haleh Alemasoom, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! The wrong text position still exists in Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: d2dfc0c4286057f5d8dda178817de3503c3a7d29 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL It will be fixed together with my work on bug 149551. But the issue here is not a duplicate of bug 149551. The 'Circle Process' is already OK in the above mentioned version.
The problem with the chart text misalignment was reproducible with LO 7.4: Version: 7.4.0.3 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f85e47c08ddd19c015c0114a68350214f7066f5a CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: fa-IR (fa_IR); UI: en-US Calc: threaded But now, the problem with chart text misalignment is not reproducible now with the latest LO 7.6 dev master: Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 2478d4b1a4cec495f1bf68f1e62c01031cdeec86 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: fa-IR (fa_IR); UI: en-US Calc: threaded The output from LibreOffice now looks almost the same as the output from PowerPoint. The chart text positions are visually the same. As Regina asserted that the problem with the 'Circle Process' is already fixed, I'm closing this bug as WORKSFORME.
Issue fixed by https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=7e23cbdbb6ec0247a29ed8a8f744c01e10963ea0 Closing as RESOLVED DUPLICATED *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 149551 ***
