Description:
The page breaker line is floating in multi-page view when one page is set to landscape orientation

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2.Enable edit mode (if necessary)



Actual Results:  
The page breaker line is floating

Expected Results:
The page breaker should be better positioned


Reproducible: Always
