original vs messed up footer

After openning a docx file in LibreOffice, the footer gets messed up.
( Logo skewed and text is misplaced)

LibreOffice 4.4.3, 5.3.0, 5.1.6, 5.2.4 have this issue

original docx

in LibreOffice 5.2.x the skewed logo doesn't happen. But the text and logo misalignment is happening.

Confirmed in

Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: fc53cce64400430cdc21f79c959d75fb9a26d13d
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.8; UI Render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

it looks different in previous versions of LibreOffice though

The problem here is that the long text is set originally to 7 points Arial, but after importing it becomes 11 points Calibri, like the last empty paragraph.

If I copy out the text box with the text, then LO can read the paragraph style correctly.
If the text box is inside another text box, then the style is not being read.

I think this is more like a text box problem than a header/footer one - moving to the other meta bug.
