Is contains shapes of type "quad-bevel" with a radial gradient in the upper part. The lower part has a screenshot of how it looks in edit mode. Start slide show. Notice, that the subpaths of the shape look different than in edit mode. From rendering I guess, that the subpath is treated as separate shape and gets the gradient newly applied. So the position of the gradient center is relative to the bounding box of the subpath instead of the whole shape.
