form letter master with section

When creating a form letter and using a section (to protect the logo and the address), in the result there is always a pagenumber on every 1st page.
Doing the same without a section, the page numbers appears starting with the 2nd page.

steps:
  - Creating a new document
  - inserting Section
  - open Database - Bibliography (Ctrl+Shift+F4)
  - inserting a field with drap-and-drop from the explorer in the section
  - insterting lines (document contains 2 pages)
  - edit template "1st page" (in German "Erste Seite") to not show page numbers
  - edit template "standard page" to show page number in headline
  - start the mailmerge

Results with section
  - on every page a number (only 1 and 2)

Results without a section
  - every 1st page without a number
  - every 2nd page: headline is 2 of 40

Tried with LO 5.2.4 and 5.3.0rc2

Repro with master 6.0+. Looks like started in 5.2.
With 5.1 there were no page numbers on 1st page but I also couldn't get fields there.

I can reproduce with this version from the bibisect repo:

Version: 6.0.6.0.0+
Build ID: c6c82096301180cfa7942dd9fb9d1cb66c7ecc04
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.2; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); Calc: group

but no longer with current master:

Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 18d8ba49dcddfc7b01751d278f404a7eaebe5591
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.2; UI render: default; VCL: kf5;
Locale: en-GB (en_GB.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

Therefore, closing as WORKSFORME.
