Deleting a column after specifying a data sort area and sorting---seems to delete the whole data sort area.

After copying and pasting in place of the data area---I am able to delete the unwanted column

After sort, how do you select the column to delete?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
