Open the Templates window
Click the Browse online templates button in the bottom left corner.
The https://extensions.libreoffice.org/templates/en page opens when UI is en-US and https://extensions.libreoffice.org/templates/hu when UI is hu-HU.

But neither of these is valid, I get:

But without the last language code part, https://extensions.libreoffice.org/templates works.
