Good Morning,

The problem persist after recreation of the user profile.
I have tried the complete re-installation (with purge option) of libreoffice with versions 5.3.0.2 (Beta) and 5.2.5.1. I think that the problem occurs after Libreoffice upgrade to 5.1 from 5.0.

Thanks for your help,
Xavi.

Hi again,

I can't start libreoffice in safe mode with those instructions:

LibreOffice 5.3 and newer
· start LibreOffice and select Help > Restart in Safe Mode...
· in the 'Enter Safe Mode' dialog select 'Restart'
· LibreOffice will restart and display the 'Safe Mode' dialog
· select Continue in safe mode

I don't see the "Restart in Safe Mode..." option in help menu.

And the problem occurs in "Field Text" form too.

Regards,
Xavi.

Try launching LibreOffice from the command line with
SAL_SYNCHRONIZE=1 libreoffice

I am asking, as this looks somehow similar to bug 100925

Setting to NEEDINFO until we get an answer from the reporter.

The issue is the same than bug 100925 but occurs in libreoffice fields not in the cells of a document.

Thanks for your support.

If the problem occurs with the SAL_ parameter, then it is not the same as bug 100925

Note that you should test with the current version (5.4 now) rather than an obsolete one.

Thank you for your comment. I didn't noticed that I haven't been using the new version that I downloaded.

I couldn't reproduce it with
LO 5.4.0.3
Ubuntu 16.04

Hi Xavier,

i can't reproduce it in

Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: d47aa694d0c6d10d52b7474b15e75a9462e991ff
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.10; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: th-TH (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

Using SAL_SYNCRONIZE.
Do you use Gtk, Gtk3, kde? Could you please give us more info about your desktop enviroment? Pasting the info from Help - About LibreOffice would be helpful. OTOH, do you still reproduce it with the latest version of Libo?
