Description Bill Becker 2017-02-08 03:03:19 UTC
Description:
An xlsx file appears to have a missing row when imported into Calc. The row is actually there but has zero height.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open sample file with Excel and see all rows.
2.Open sample file with Calc and see rows 1 to 3 and 5. Row 4 apparently missing.
3.Select rows 3,5 and change height to see the "missing" row 4.
4.Misbehavior also occurs with OpenOffice 3.3.0.

Actual Results:
One row from xlsx file has zero height when opened in Calc

Expected Results:
All rows visible and with proper height.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Occurs with files downloaded from a financial web site that uses GainsKeeper for tracking capital gains. Similar to Bug 34717 but apparently not an inherited bug because it also exists in when tested with OpenOffice 3.3.0.

I dont't see 4th row when open it with Excel 2007 (1 pixel height).
Comment 3 Bartosz 2017-02-08 15:49:53 UTC
I tested that file under Microsoft Excel for Mac and it is also don't show 4th row.
It has 1 pixel height.
I also checked document and it contains ht="1":
        <row r="4" customFormat="false" ht="1" hidden="false" customHeight="true" outlineLevel="0" collapsed="false">

It seems that it is the issue with document.
Comment 4 Bill Becker 2017-02-08 18:47:12 UTC
I agree that it is an issue with the document and this should be closed. Strangely, the document opens with row 4 at a proper height in Office 2010, Google Docs, and DropBox. In contrast, the one-pixel height is honored in Excel 2007 and, I verified, with Microsoft's latest Excel viewer. In any event, it's not a problem with Calc.

Similar to Bug96534, also XLSX created by LO, not appropriate exaMPLE.
XLSX cannot be open with MSO.
