Unable to link cell in one spreadsheet to a cell in another spreadsheet.  Get error 509.  the correct file path appears in the formula box but when I press enter  it all becomes lower case.

No bug.  I had included an ' in the file name.  When I removed it every thing was fine.  Sorry about that.

Since there is no specific commit fixing this issue, setting to WORKSFORME. FIXED is used only when a commit exists.
