Description kubi 2017-02-11 18:24:55 UTC
Master design selection has faulty effect on slides with the "Centered Text" layout.

Adding items such as pictures work, they appear properly.
But the text box that does not inherit properties from the master, instead it is messed up.

Easily reproducible using any of the pre-packaged templated masters or simply creating a new presentation, editing the master slide (e.g., set text color red) and add a new slide with "Centered Text" layout.

How can I add a slide with "Centered Text" layout?
Please give exact steps to arrive at the problem and describe what the problem is.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

There are 12 slide layouts: "Blank Slide", "Title Slide", "Title, Content", ..., "Centered Text". It is the 6th one with one big text box covering almost the whole slide.
You can select them in the slide properties pane or using the drop-down menu under the "New Slide" button.

Ok, thanks, I found it. But what are the exact steps?

1. View - Slide master
2. Change color of text (how??)
3. etc.

It is totally irrelevant what are the exact steps.
Just try to apply any master design what you create or the ones that are supplied in the package and use the "Centered Text" slide layout.

Well, how else am I supposed to reproduce the issue? A screenshot would also be nice.
