Description Callegar 2017-02-23 14:57:02 UTC
Hi, since the update to LibO 5.3, I'm experiencing a minor issue with the graphic interface, consisting in graphic elements changing their state with a periodical pattern.

For instance, in the initial graphical file selector, the element under the mouse pointer should get a gray background. In some cases, the background flashes on and off either at a 1 sec period or at a very high rate. Similarly, when working with the application, I sometimes get weird periodic switches of the scrollbars through a couple of different states.

This does not really impact on usability, but is... weird.

It happens on a Linux laptop with the kubuntu 16.10 (yakkety) stack, augmented with the kubuntu backports most recent KDE plasma and updated graphic drivers.
I'm using the LibO deb64 packages downloaded from the libreoffice site, without either the gnome or the kde integration.
The laptop has an intel graphics card (gen 7.5, haswell). LibO is configured not to use opengl rendering.
