Description JV 2017-03-06 12:05:20 UTC
I have recently noticed that spaces can't view any longer in Writer with formatting marks enabled. However, I can view other marks such as paragraphs, tabs, and so on but no spaces.

Of course, View > Formatting Marks (#F10) is enabled and in Preferences > Formatting Aids every control in "Display of" —including Spaces— is checked.

I have updated to LibreOffice 5.3.0.3 (build 7074905676c47b82bbcfbea1aeefc84afe1c50e1) a few days ago. Nonetheless, I'm not really sure that this behaviour has appeared in this build or if it is older. I have noticed this just today. I must say that I haven't recently changed any configuration nor preferences.

Is this a bug or am I missing some configuration?

Thanks a lot.
