Description:
When I add a horizontal line (insert>horizontal line) it oversteps a frame. I guess it shouldn't happen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a frame at the right of the text.
2. Add a horizontal line inside the text (in the same Y Axe of the frame)
3. The line oversteps the frame!

Actual Results:  
The line oversteps the frame.

Expected Results:
The line goes until the frame.


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Need better Steps to Reproduce

Also, what part of the GUI, which module? Writer, Writer/Web, Impress...

What menu is providing you "Insert -> Horizontal line"

Exact steps please!
