Problematic document

1. Open attached document "Problematic document"
2. Go to Format->Sections
3. Choose the only section, and check "Hide" on the right side
4. OK to close the dialog

Expected: Section is hidden, rest of the document is as it was before
Actual: Section is hidden, elements in the header are distorted.

Note that this doesn't happen if there is a newline before the section (see "Unproblematic document).

I can't see the bug here.
The section content contains a page break with change of page style. If this is hidden the default page style is applied.
Comment 5 Samuel Mehrbrodt (allotropia) 2017-03-21 08:12:34 UTC
Ok, that makes sense.
However, there still seems to be an issue (maybe that's by design?):

1. Hide the section (default page style will be applied)
2. Manually apply the page style "Anordnung Titelseite"
3. Show the section again
4. The section is shown, but an additional page break is created.
5. Delete the page break
6. Hide the section again

Expected: Page style "Anordnung Titelseite" will be kept
Actual: Page style has been reset again.

What's the solution here?
Comment 6 Oliver Specht (CIB) 2017-03-21 19:00:48 UTC
At the moment you delete the page break you go back to the initial document because you remove the paragraph that applied the page style "Anordnung Titelseite". Hiding the section inserts a default paragraph and you get the default page style.
A page break is a paragraph attribute.
