Can not reproduce.

Clean install (or reinstall) on Windows 10, Windows 8.1/

Please provide your OS and locale details, and to be of any help need you to capture a verbose installation log of the installation (i.e. append /L*v installLog.txt to a command line install).
Comment 2 Chee How 2017-04-07 10:24:55 UTC
Hi ,

Our product has a feature to upgrade the Libre Office.

The installation was executed with the following switch included:
===================================================================
<path to the msi installer> /qn CREATEDESKTOPLINK=0 REBOOTYESNO=No
===================================================================

Could you please check again and let me know if the verbose log is needed.

Thank you.
