single line grouped toolbar with and without group label description

it would be awesome if I can show/hide a group (widget) with an action button.

e.g. with click on the menu not the menubar will shown/hidden the group label row will be shown/hidden like in the single line groupd toolbar.

click on the print preview button will open context-print toolbar (when bug id=106505 is fixed)

click on the show draw functions button will show the drow toolbar (not the context-draw view).

Some contextual stuff wasnt show everytime. Eg. In tabbed toolbar the draw tab is hidden by default cause writer or calc are no drawing apps.

In the standard toolbar you can click on draw functions and an additional toolbar with all drawing actions was shown. In nb l need the same. Click on an button to show the hidden drawing tab.
