Description wojtaszkowic 2017-04-15 16:25:42 UTC
Description:
When i try to create or open any type of odcument the LibreOffice crashes. Doesn't matter if it's excel, writer or anything else. Reseting user profile doesn't work. I downloaded a 64bit version because i work on win10. It crashes like when you try to open in a 32bit version. I just click on the writer for example to to crate a new document, it opens program and boom, it's crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice
2.Select any type of program
3.Click it
4.It crashes

Actual Results:
The program chrashes and all i can do is close it by task manager

Expected Results:
It should open a new document to edit

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
When i run LibreOffice in safe mode it is a bit better, when for example i open writer in this mode i loads all these upper functions like fonts and things like that expect the blank page and after that it crashes

Did you check you had Java 64 bits too?
Indeed, if you use LO 64 bits, you must have a Java 64 bits.
(if you use LO 32 bits, you must have a Java 32 bits).

If you still reproduce the crash, you can apply advice from https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
