Opening any dialog (e.g.: writer -> style dialog, writer -> paragraph, calc -> cell, etc.) selected tab isn't shown highlighted: all the tabs are shown with the same aspect

Not reproduced with gtk3.

What gtk3 theme are you using? Maybe it is some Xfce-specific quirk.
