To view this crash (I haven't got quicklaunch activated) : 1. open libreoffice (or a document) 2. close libreoffice 3. the dialog box of the crash appears immediatly
I thought it was a problem with my graphic card driver but I have this problem only with libreoffice. So I have deactivated display options "Rendu des images" in "options.jpg" file.

You could try getting a backtrace of the crash: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg
WinDbg doesn't install correctly on my laptop.
You could also rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give it a new try, but not being able to install WinDbg may indicate some pure Windows pb.
@ComputerHotline please give feedback after resetting the user profile as suggested in previous post
