Dialog box of crash

When I close Libreoffice under Windows XP laptop at the end of my work, Libreoffice crashes. Windows XP show me a dialog box (crash-lo.jpg).

When I go the error detail in "Event observer" (in french : "Observateur d'événements"), I can read it :
"Application défaillante soffice.bin, version 5.3.2.2, horodatage 0x58df1558, module défaillant atiumdva.dll, version 7.14.10.215, horodatage 0x498917ea, code d’exception 0xc0000005, décalage d’erreur 0x000015f5, ID du processus 0xfcc, heure de début de l’application 0x01d2c02a4f76440f."

To view this crash (I haven't got quicklaunch activated) :
1. open libreoffice (or a document)
2. close libreoffice
3. the dialog box of the crash appears immediatly

I thought it was a problem with my graphic card driver but I have this problem only with libreoffice.

So I have deactivated display options "Rendu des images" in "options.jpg" file.

You could try getting a backtrace of the crash: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg
Comment 6 ComputerHotline 2017-04-30 17:25:54 UTC
WinDbg doesn't install correctly on my laptop.
Comment 7 Julien Nabet 2017-04-30 21:52:15 UTC
You could also rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give it a new try, but not being able to install WinDbg may indicate some pure Windows pb.
