Reproduced. Value of H10 don't change without some change in I10-K10 which refered from H10. Change of any other cell don't cause the recalculation of H10. Althogh "AutoCaluculate" switch is checked. I don't know this is bug or specification. MS Excel 2013 behaves differently. column I;J are grey out when entering data
(In reply to Xavier Van Wijmeersch from comment #4) > column I;J are grey out when entering data That's because the font color is set to grey on those cells.
The document has a stored result of 2453 for H10 although the referenced cells are empty, which is displayed without recalculating. As soon as I enter a value in any cell of the referenced range I10:K10 the formula cell recalculates, so I can't reproduce. Also hard recalc (Shift+Ctrl+F9) or hitting F9 once on H10 recalculates to 0 after loading. Document was stored using LibreOffice 5.3.3.1 Question remains how the original document could had ended up in such a state with AutoCalculate on. I have no idea.
Might be after having inserted a column, see bug 111428.
