Description Martin Srebotnjak 2017-05-03 13:12:47 UTC
Description:
Editing an existing hyperlink in the appropriate dialog is erratic.
I think it started with the 5.3 series ...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document with existing hyperlinks in Writer.
2. Select the complete hyperlink text in the document.
3. Click Insert > Link
4. In the opened dialog try selecting the text in the Text field.

Actual Results:
The color ball starts to roll, the interface gets unresponsive, there is very lagging ...

Expected Results:
It should behave as any other dialog, normal.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

@Miles : what else is going on while you are attempting to do this ?

Does the document contain drawings/images ?
Is it with any document type, or just certain documents ?
Can you provide a sample document that systematically shows the behaviour reported ?
Comment 2 Martin Srebotnjak 2017-05-03 14:25:47 UTC
Yes, I was editing an ODT file of translated Getting Started Guide, generated by OmegaT, I am attaching one sample of the chapters, not published yet.
The doc contains images and links etc.

Doesn't seem to be a problem with 5.4.2 anymore. Closing.
