Description: On Latest Windows 10 insider build (16188), The LibreOffice close immediately after opening. When I Open the LibreOffice 5.3 Icon, it starts and immediately close, When I Open any Office files like xlsx, docx... it starts and immediately shutdown... Steps to Reproduce: 1. open ibreOffice 5.3 Icon or any type of office documents 2. then it starts 3. then it auto close. Actual Results: it starts and immediately it auto close. Expected Results: it starts and stay opened... Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No, But I restart my computer several times. Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.96 Safari/537.36
Restart computer has nothing to do with reset profile. Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile Usually it's enough renaming/deleting the file "user/registrymodifications.xcu", it affects all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files "user/basic/dialog.xlc" and "scrip.xlc" are overwritten, additionally custom colors in "user/config/standard.soc" are lost.
Hi, I delete the user folder, And then start the libre office, it took time to load some component, and then closed.. Still have the same issue....
It have happened just after upgrade or new installation? From where was downloaded the installer?
It was new installation. But I'm not sure about one thing, I may install libreoffice in the last windows 10 preview build, and I never open it, and then I upgrade windows 10 to 16188 and I open it for the first time, it didn't work, and then reinstall libreoffice, the problem still exists. But it works on another computer which has the same version windows 10...
I also tried install the alpha version 5.4, still the same problem.... Are there any log files to look at?
There is at least a opengl_device.log on the cache folder in the profile. It's the same graphics card on the compared computers?
This registry fragment disables OpenGL: attachment 118060 [details]

Ok, it seems the problem is not with OpenGL, then.
