Restart computer has nothing to do with reset profile.

Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues.
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
Usually it's enough renaming/deleting the file "user/registrymodifications.xcu", it affects all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files "user/basic/dialog.xlc" and "scrip.xlc" are overwritten, additionally custom colors in "user/config/standard.soc" are lost.

It was new installation.
But I'm not sure about one thing, I may install libreoffice in the last windows 10 preview build, and I never open it, and then I upgrade windows 10 to 16188 and I open it for the first time, it didn't work, and then reinstall libreoffice, the problem still exists.
But it works on another computer which has the same version windows 10...

I also tried install the alpha version 5.4, still the same problem....
Are there any log files to look at?

There is at least a opengl_device.log on the cache folder in the profile.

It's the same graphics card on the compared computers?

Ok, it seems the problem is not with OpenGL, then.

If you still repro with new LO version, please explain and set Unconfirmed.
There were a number of similar reports, please search, but it can be dealt with only if reporter follows it's bug.
