I've downloaded and installed (twice) LibreOffice_5.2.7_Win_x86_helppack_en-US.msi (and double-checked / changed language settings within LibreOffice Calc) but whenever I click Help -> LibreOffice Help (F1) a new web browser window is opened and I am redirected to help via the internet (not what I want).

I am running Windows 8.1 (64-bit)...

I just realized that I am attempting to use the "x86" offline help pack but I really need the "x64" package.  I've re-installed with the 64-bit help package, which matches the bitness of my LibreOffice install, and hey what do you know? --It works!

I removed the x86 package and installed: LibreOffice_5.2.7_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi in its place.  Now offline help works.
