Description Andrew Blauvelt 2017-06-29 17:55:40 UTC
Hello,

I am just reporting this cause I have no idea what is going on. Basically to Sum it up one of my users has reported the Libre Toolbar Blinking in Libre Calc after the program has been open for over thirty minutes. I have attempted to reinstall and upgrade Libre with no luck. I also reset the user profile with no luck. so yeah that is a thing...

Thank you,
The guy who doesnt know what he is talking about

Which operating system?
Did this also happen in an older version than 5.3.4 or is this new behaviour with specifically 5.3.4?
